A few posts back I promised you a preview of some recipes I’ve been testing for Annie Shannons‘ next cookbook, which is titled Mastering the Art of Vegan Cooking, and is due out next summer. This will be the follow up to their bestseller Betty Goes Vegan, and it promises over 200 budget-friendly, home-made, seriously delicious recipes. Whereas Betty taught its readers how to use many of those delightful vegan products on the market, Mastering the Art will teach you how to make many of those ingredients yourself, as affordably and efficiently as possible. I’m definitely excited for it.
